# Castello Lapi

> Castello Lapi (Castello Lapi Goretti Miniati, historically Castello Il Palagio) is a 13th-century private castle in Chianti, Tuscany, in San Casciano Val di Pesa — less than 30 minutes from Florence. It hosts exclusive-use weddings, historical tours and wine/olive-oil tastings, and private or corporate events, for up to 150 guests indoors or outdoors. The estate has belonged to the same family since 1623 and is run by Palagio Engagement S.r.l. The site is bilingual: English (default) and Italian (`/it/`).
